I close grey-route and bypass leakage so mobile operators keep the A2P revenue they are supposed to earn. Fourteen live SMS and Voice Firewall deployments sit with me at Infobip, across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America. I am a Product Engineer in Jakarta, with 11+ years in this stack and in MNO relations.
I hold three Infobip champion seats: AI Champion, FCDX Champion (Flash Call Detection Accelerator), and FR Injector Champion (SMS Bypass). The champion role is how I lead the Monetization Solutions team: drive product adoption, coordinate SS7 and MAP penetration testing, take field signal back to Product, and mentor people on the products themselves, not only on detection patterns.
I ship tools into live firewall operations instead of waiting on a backlog: prefix leakage, penetration-test conversion, MSISDN validation, reporting. Analysis that used to take hours now takes minutes, with up to 83% time saved, 77% weekly traffic increase, and +37% revenue on the deployments that use them.
